Complex support for the social integration of third-country nationals

The focus of this project is the tailored support of third-country nationals lawfully residing in Hungary. Taking into account the individual needs of the target group, we apply a holistic approach that includes individual, group, and community interventions. Our activities aim to support social integration, promote autonomy, and enhance awareness and openness within the host society.
The project is implemented in Budapest and Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County through the collaboration of Menedék – Association for Migrants and Utcáról Lakásba! Association (ULE).

KNOWLEDGE – SKILL - ATTITUDE

The project aims at broadening migration-specific knowledge, developing skills and competences of those professionals who get in touch with third country nationals via complex trainings (10 trainings), professional programmes (2 events) and the development and operation of a migration-specific online surface (Knowledge Store).

Supplementary services for vulnerable refugees and strengthening the local stakeholders in Hungary

With the support of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), we provide supplementary services to individuals in vulnerable situations who benefit from international protection, refugees fleeing from Ukraine, and other beneficiaries in refugee-like situations. The project focuses on the capacity building of the national protection system and facilitating access to public services for those in need.

Cooperate together!

Our project provides personal social case work for individuals under international protection. To assist the social workers, legal consultant is provided, and we take it on ourselves to provide information on MMIA project services to the involved organizations.
